Not only did the hotel exceed my expectations in every aspect, but the attention to detail truly set it apart. The warmth of the staff was evident when Massimo went out of his way to return my forgotten earpods promptly, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The cozy terrace, adorned with elegant garden furniture, provided a serene spot to enjoy the Tuscan sunrise, while the in-room flat-screen TV offered a touch of contemporary comfort amidst the historical surroundings. The seamless fusion of traditional Italian aesthetics and top-notch amenities made my stay unforgettable, and I cannot recommend this hidden gem highly enough.
